The actual size is fairly flexible, given the stretch waistband, though the give in the band is limited - best worn a bit boxy by size S/M (8/10) or M/L (12, petite 14)

The overall condition is very good. There is obvious wear and colour fading but this suits the ‘workwear’ style of the piece. When it arrived, it had a storage smell - after re-washing and airing, it smells much fresher to me but a ‘tinge’ of mustiness may remain.

A great thing for Autumn … While I was waiting for it to arrive and thinking about how I’d wear it, I surprised myself by imagining layers a bit soft and glam, with counter-balancing impact. I love the jacket with the black Collette Dinnigan knit I’m wearing in the photos; I wish I had a some deep red silk cigarette trousers to complete the daydream.
