Cotton midi/mini
Sweet mini dress with shirred top panel, which I would wear as a midi skirt - either tucking the straps in or using them to pull in the waist a little. The shirring makes for a very comfortable/flexible waist band. There is no labelling on this piece, which suggests it may be home made, although it is nicely finished and overlocked. Beautiful quality cotton with vintage 80s floral prints.

Condition is excellent. It was missing one of its straps - I have replaced it with a cotton strap in similar tones.
