The triangle bag is made in-house using special remnant fabrics. It is a smallish bag designed simply for wallet, phone, keys … and possibly a small book or water bottle. It can be carried in the hand, over the forearm or up over one shoulder. Each one is different.

Made in Naarm/Melbourne

The current bags are made from fine cotton pieces - unique Japanese remnants. They are both lined with a heavier weight cotton.

Occasional hand wash - strictly cold wash - or dry clean.

Additional notes: I designed this piece because it’s something I don’t have but could really use - a simple small bag to use when going out, that’s neither “dressy” nor just another calico bag. I think it’s a really good size! I’ve noticed that bags often appear a bit bigger than they are in photos, because they’re slightly foregrounded - please check the measurements below. Because the shape adjusts depending on how it’s worn/carried, there is no zip or other closure … except that I have sewn in a couple of ties so that, if you are putting the bag down, you can treat it like a pouch and essentially pull the insides closed. While I have taken care to make the bag pretty secure and robust, the remnant fabrics may wear if the bag is put to daily use. It will benefit from an occasional iron, and being kept hanging.

These measurements were taken with bag lying flat and the tape measure running straight across the front side only.

Full length - 58cm
Greatest width - 32cm
Strap length - 30cm
